‘I believe you need to look at Tibetan art as art created by individual artists and not as anonymous art!’
“In my own experience in the West, people must accept Tibetan artists as individuals and not be institutionalized as stereotypical religious art.”
I am talking about hundreds of thousands of art work dorn by great painters of Tibet.

Always ask: Who is the painter, What style, Body of works and What makes him / her a individual painter.these are the most important,
I believe you need to look at Tibetan Art as art created by the great individual artist and not as anonymous art.

If you really want to know and support great painters of Tibet, read Professor David Jackson’s book on “A History of Tibetan Painter. This book talks about each individual artist’s styles, names and patrons.I believe you need to look at Tibetan Art as art created by great individual artist and not as anonymous art.
Always ask: Who is the painter, what is the style, body of works and what makes he/she a individualist painter?
If you want to know Tibetan art, these are small basic things you need to keep in mind.
