Pema Rinzin’s large painting work in progress 2005.
Over 25 years,Pema studied with great master painters of traditional Tibetan art and their individual styles. This photo of my art work illustrate this aesthetic approach in Tibetan art technique before he became a New York Tibetan Contemporary painter in 2006.
‘I believe you need to look at Tibetan art as art created by individual artists and not as anonymous art!’
“In my own experience in the West, people must accept Tibetan artists as individuals and not be institutionalized as stereotypical religious art.”
I am talking about hundreds of thousands of art work dorn by great painters of Tibet.

Elim Mak’s brushing work in progress,This is her first art work from the second course after 5 years with NYTAS and received her Master degree at Pratt Institute and graduated with distinction.
Always ask: Who is the painter, What style, Body of works and What makes him / her a individual painter.these are the most important,
I believe you need to look at Tibetan Art as art created by the great individual artist and not as anonymous art.
